The tenant at Knightsbridge Court is a delight (because he is rarely there but you may not want to print this) and keeps the property in a very good condition. We were very grateful for your advice in preparing and marketing the property and all the viewings were promising - no time wasters. The tenant who we chose quite quickly on your advice has been excellent and it would be really something if he renewed for another year.
I should also add how impressed we have been with the branch team at Rickmansworth, they back you up really well..

I have recently completed the purchase of a property from Gibbs Gillespie- Uxbridge branch.
I was absolutely delighted with the professionalism, courtesy and efficiency of the whole office. It appeared to me that all the staff shared the common purpose of putting clients first and foremost in all their dealings whether arranging viewings or dealing with the smallest query.
I would be happy to unreservedly recommend Clive Edwards and all his team at Uxbridge to anybody thinking of using a delightful and professional estate agents firm.

I have try several times to register but for some Mysterious reasons they never kept my details, and I call to arrange a flat viewing, the answer was: the flat is gone , and when my work colleague who happen to have a British name got a viewing for the VERY same flat shortly afterwards and it happens not once but TWICE . Tadaa !!! you are busted. I have one thing to say to them DISCRIMINATION is a serious criminal offence.
So if you are from a minority group try the same technique I did if they refuse you a viewing or ..., and report that to http://www.adviceguide.org.uk or any other organisation that deal with unfairness, please keep records and proofs to provide as evidences as they are likely to deny this, and put the blame on poor training of their staffs or pure coincidence. Do not let them continue these malpractices, refusal of a public service under on the basis of race, religion, colour, religious beliefs, national or ethnic origins is against law, they can face legal charges and go out of business.Was this review helpful? From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome by Erica. She invited me to sit down and took my details and asked me exactly what I was looking for in a property. She immediately found a couple of properties one of which was Ashleigh Court. As soon as I walked in, I new it was exactly what I was looking for and Erica answering all my question, accept one but assured me she would find out the answer and let me know. She did this, near enough, straight away when we parted company, which I was impressed by. Once I had decided I wanted to purchase the property I was handed over to Fiona who conducted the negotiations with the vendor, which she did quickly and I got it for the price I wanted. Fiona continued to provide a first class service, keeping me in touch on regular bases with the progress of the sale. She was very approachable and offered me support and advice throughout the purchase.
All in all I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Gibbs Gillespie and there staff and if I ever sell I would most defiantly be calling them up to handle the sale.

I could not have been better supported or served by Gibbs Gillespie in Pinner during the purchase of my property over the last 2 months. Daniel Young was incredibly generous with his time as well as entirely honest and extremely supportive; I genuinely cannot thank him or his colleges at Gibbs Gillespie enough. Buying a home is a difficult and stressful process; to be able to trust your agent is critical and reportedly rare. My positive experience in the last months mean I would recommend Daniel Young and by association, Gibbs Gillespie as a whole, unreservedly.

The whole team were excellent - they were always polite and efficient and gave prompt feedback on viewings and kept us up to date with what they were doing to help us sell our house. Once we had a buyer they did everything they could to facilitate a smooth passage through the ups and downs of the whole conveyancing process to make it as stress free as possible.

Very unhappy with the servies i went to see the bungalow i didt make an offer of the asking price. Agent told me they will contact me in few days. they never call me. I was keep calling them (they told me will call you they never did) i call again &again to ask whot is happening agent told me that someone has given an offer more than mine.I thing they should call & tell me that if i would like to make another offer(they never did (im very disoppointed wiht service)How the seller can trust the agent i thihg they are play game

I just wanted to extend our sincere thanks to Fiona Lewis and all of the sales team in the Rickmansworth office for helping us to achieve the sale of our house. Particular thanks go to Philip and Linzie who worked tirelessly for an extended period to get viewings through the door and ultimately achieve a sale ;-) Hardly a week went past without us having a viewing or some sort of contact from your team.
We were well advised and always given prompt feedback from each viewing and anything outstanding was always followed up. When we asked for more advertising it was done immediately. The staff are extremely professional and dedicated to their jobs and we are extremely happy with the service we have received.
Now all you need to do is find us a new place to live ;-) We look forward to dealing with you again. In our opinion, Gibbs Gillespie is by far the most professional and superior estate agency in the area!
We would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again in the near future.

Gibbs Gillespie at Rickmansworth dealt in extremely professional manner. This started with my very first call through to them and continued all through the process of the sale. They were honest, trusting and pro-active. It was a very difficult sale with onlyt one block viewing day to get a sale through for an elderly relative who had lived in the property for over 70 years. They were the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with and would highly reccomend them.

What a joy to have my misconceptions about Estate Agents shattered by Gibbs Gillespie, Ruislip.
I instructed a local village agent to sell my property at the beginning of 2011 and cancelled our agreement in May after about only 5 viewings being arranged. I then passed the instruction to Gibbs Gillespie who, in the space of a month arranged more viewings than the last agent had in 4 months. At about the 6 or 7 week mark the perfect buyers walked through the door and I knew the job was done. Well done to the marketing team!

Excellent service throughout my 5year Tenancy. Efficient & professional service from Property Managers.
Prompt respond & action on every matter we referred. I rented here for 10 years, the last 5 years with Gibbs & Gillespie, very sad to be leaving such an outstanding agency! Exceptional service from start to finish..... even the deposit process (in my past experience with other agents been very poor) which provided a detailed accurate report, fair assessment & negotiations and prompt release of the deposit, one very happy Tenant. We were very pleased with the service we have received so far from the Rickmansworth branch, who managed to find us the most perfect flat!! This is our first flat together and we can only hope that all future dealings are as easy and stress free as this one! The worst experience of my life, Rude and unprofessional liars that want nothing more than to take your money.
The service that has been given by most team members I have delet with is the worst customer services I have ever come across, I have quite a few years of experience of buying, selling and letting properties.
I would never dream of using them again and would discourage others from Renting via the Pinner Branch,
This branch is trying to withhold over £700 of my deposit for pluming defects that were already in the property prior to me moving in to the property.Very distressing and upsetting experience.

To any one who is living abroad and is renting out a property I would not think twice, use Gibbs Gillespie, they looked after our flat for 4 years, we always had teneants, never had problems with payments and any management issues were dealt with quickly and effciently, I recently sold the flat and they dealt with the whole process, while I stayed in Brasil.

I recently sold my property through Gibbs Gillespie in Uxbridge and the service I received throughout was exceptional, from looking after my dog when a survey was carried out, to picking up the keys from my new place and collecting the keys from my old house, and taking me to my new property.
I would especially like to say a big thank you to Charlie Miller in particular who brought a potential purchaser back round when the first buyer pulled out and persuading them to up their offer by £5,000. All of this meant that I did not miss out on my dream property.

I recently sold my property through Gibbs Gillespie in Uxbridge and the service was exceptional. Not only did they manage to achieve a sale price £20,000 higher than we had been previously told was achievable by another major local agent, but it was sold on the first day of viewings. I would like to thank Charlie Miller in particular who was extremely supportive throughout the whole process. I feel that his positive and honest approach gives both sellers and buyers the confidence to believe that they are both getting a fair deal. Without them we would not have been able to have purchased our dream home.......as we would have been £20,000 short of the asking price!

As a first time buyer I was a little sceptical and nervous about how the whole process would work but was very pleased with the help I received from Charlie Miller at Gibbs Gillespie Uxbridge.As soon as I had registered all my details Charlie had a list of properties for me to view.After the initial property viewings, the follow up calls from Charlie were descriptive and informative of properties, informing me as soon as properties within my budget became available so I could go and have a viewing.
Having now found a property I would recommend Gibbs Gillespie Uxbridge as they were extremely helpful.

I recently bought through Gibbs Gillespie and sold through another agent.
After experiencing their service when buying I am firmly of the belief that the biggest mistake I made in the whole process was not utilising them to sell.
The whole experience of Gibbs Gillespie was a positive one - they couldn't be more supportive even when things within the chain became difficult - it's at times when the chips are down that you either see the best or the worst in estate agents and difficult times were not anything that Gibbs Gillespie hid from.
Customer service was first class regardless of who you spoke to or dealt with at the branch.
The other really positive thing about Gibbs is their network of ancillary services - they don't force them down your throat, but offer them as assistance if required - a refreshing approach to ancillary services such as removal companies, solicitors and mortgage advisors.
Overall a first class company that I would recommend.

The Lettings Administration Departmnet REALLY do go teh extra mile!!!! Nicola Martin & Andrew Pearce (specifically Nicola). have been dealing with an issue at my property in Northwood, where my ground floor property has had visible signs of Subsidence to the Superstructure. They have been dealing with the Block Management Agents and an independent surveyor for the past 1 year. I have recently bought a flat through Gibbs Gillespie in Ruislip and couldn't recommend their service highly enough. I was dealing with Lee the Sales Manager of the office, and was impressed by the high level of efficiency and professionalism throughout the whole experience. The purchase went through quickly and was hassle free.

I recently put my property up for sale with Gibbs Gillespie and the service has been terrible. Most the people viewing the house aren't even interested the agent hasn't bothered to ask them what there looking for there just getting viewings throught the door. The staff that show people round at the weekend don't know anything about the property its not there fault they have't been told I have been asked many times by the agent if the property has a garage. We are relocating into the area due to work commitments and up until the point that we walked into the Gibbs Gillespie office it is fair to say that we had encountered pretty poor customer service from local agents. We cannot speak highly enough of the service that we have received from Luke, Rosemary and Lee. At all times they have been friendly, professional and have gone out of their way to make the whole experience less stressful. As a company relocation there were certain criteria that we had to meet and each of the aformentioned have taken this into consideration and have been pro-active in managing the conflicting requirements. We completed on our purchase today and couldn't be happier!

I ended up moving house in September, months after initially putting my property on to the market in March. Gibbs Gillespie Sales were not the first agent to market my property as I hate to admit they were slightly more expensive than my first choice. However, with the hassle of chasing up comments on my house and the first agent never calling back I paid for that mistake. I asked for a quote on selling my house and to provide an indicative selling price. After reviewing some other estate agents, I decided not to use them. Whilst they accept this, I also was a buyer. During the course of looking for properties, they mess me about by arranging appointments, then not being able to continue with the viewing. I was interest in some houses they had, but they wouldn't put me in touch with the sellers. I wonder if the sellers realized this was going on?

 and keeps the property in a very good condition. We were very grateful for your advice in preparing and marketing the property and all the viewings were promising - no time wasters. The tenant who we chose quite quickly on your advice has been excellent and it would be really something if he renewed for another year.
I should also add how impressed we have been with the branch team at Rickmansworth, they back you up really well..

 Hardly a week went past without us having a viewing or some sort of contact from your team.
We were well advised and always given prompt feedback from each viewing and anything outstanding was always followed up. When we asked for more advertising it was done immediately. The staff are extremely professional and dedicated to their jobs and we are extremely happy with the service we have received.
Now all you need to do is find us a new place to live ;-) We look forward to dealing with you again. In our opinion, Gibbs Gillespie is by far the most professional and superior estate agency in the area!

. have been dealing with an issue at my property in Northwood, where my ground floor property has had visible signs of Subsidence to the Superstructure. They have been dealing with the Block Management Agents and an independent surveyor for the past 1 year. Nicola really took her initiative to another level today, actually she went beyond my expectations, and challenged the independent surveyor with regards to the buildings insurance excess. It was stated in recent correspondence from the Surveyor that the excess was expected to be paid by myself, to which Nicola made a number of calls and followed up with some e-mails to confirm that this was not the case and that the block management company would have to pay this. This was agreed by the block management company today, and brought a strange and personally difficult situation to a close. The required works may now proceed at my property sometime in January 2011. All this would not have happened if it wasn't for Nicola, in the main, and Andrew.
I would like to pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to you and your team, the dedication shown by your staff is a accolade to how going the extra mile results in such a positive outcome.

The photographs they took and the way they presented the property was fantastic and that alongside their friendly and positive nature sold my house.
