I asked for a quote on selling my house and to provide an indicative selling price. After reviewing some other estate agents, I decided not to use them. Whilst they accept this, I also was a buyer. During the course of looking for properties, they mess me about by arranging appointments, then not being able to continue with the viewing. I was interest in some houses they had, but they wouldn't put me in touch with the sellers. I wonder if the sellers realized this was going on?
