I used the Windsor office for a number of years. Principally their communication and record keeping is awful shortly followed by their communication. I paid a full management fee and the service fell way way short of normal expectations. Mis-information, poor management of their contractors and not owning up to things they are accountable for. Completely the worst letting agent. A leach. Siobhan Wright the manager their is arrogant and knows nothing about customer service. Avoid them at all costs.

I sold my house using the Walton -on-Thames office
and I can safely say that I will never use Gascoigne Pees again. I was suckered in by a sales pitch which they kept repeating (Bigger, better market, greater skill blah blah blah) and ended sighning up to a 16 week contract at 2%!!!
Seeing how they are so big and so expensive they must be good, right?.........wrong!!! After initially getting the price wrong and using photos that were quite likely taken by an infant they proceeded to arrange lots of viewings, the majority of which didn't show up (if they were genuine in the first place) or were a complete waste of time, at least I think they were, its difficult to know when you DON'T GET FEEDBACK!!!
After this complete fiasco I made a formal complaint and was treated as a 2nd class citizen for my troubles so I changed agents as soon as I could.
My new agent treated me with respect, gave me a great service and marketed my home the way it should have been in the first place, proving that not all estate agents are bad and some are refreshingly good but not Gascoigne Pees.

n.b the better agent was only 1.2%!!!!!!

It was a fiasco actually collecting keys for the property and I had to wait for 3 hours and this was after we had been renting the property for 3 months before but had been unable to move in! One one set of keys was finally given to us and we were asked to copy them to give us a spare set which cost £14 and when presenting the receipt for the money, we were told it would take 7-10 days to receive the money which is absolutely disgusting, especially when this should have been carried out by you! After moving in 10 days ago we are still waiting for a mailbox key and a key to the shed for the rubbish. The property is furnished and the contents are in a bad state and I wouldn't sit one of my dogs on the settee, that's not to mention a large wet stain on the mattress! I am also a landlady and I do know what is required to rent a property out. I would never ever use Gascoigne Pees!!!

The Chelsea office were great, I would certainly reccommend them. Excellent service, really helpful and very hard working.
