   I have been dealing with Colin and Charlie at Frost for over 2 yrs. They are reliable, trustworthy and very helpful. When Townends dropped me in the gutter, they jumped in and helped out by arranging with the landlord for an extension of our stay until we could find a new place.
   Thank you so much for your hard work, and understanding to our difficult situation.

   I have dealt with many many agents over the years and without exception this team has been by far the most competent, pro-active and honest I have ever encountered. From day one they never failed to keep me fully informed and went above and beyond.

   This is a hard sell team who are aggressive to the point of being unprofessional in their sales technique, not my cup of tea. Also hard to deal with once exchange had been completed. Did not seem interested in finalising finer ponts once they had secured their commission. Felt like they were working for the buyer and not the vendor!

   If you decide to use this agent, you need to stand firm to your requirements for sale, and terms.

   We had a terrible experience with Frost lettings from start to finish. Firstly we were sold a mouldy and damp flat which was hidden from us when shown round. We were fobbed off by the landlord and agent. When we moved out we were charged £600 for cleaning (a one double and one single flat) which we had to clean constantly with bleach to keep the mould at bay. We were told the landlord would redecorate but this changed as soon as we moved out. Also the flat was not professionally cleaned when we moved in yet we had to pay for it when we moved out.

   Rented a property from them several years ago. They were acting on a Let Only basis and so were not managing the tenancy or collecting rent, but the dealings we had with them were a six period is just so professional and pleasant experience.

   Unless you want to have frequent inspections from rude staff which no other letting agents in the area perform and by frequent we are talking almost monthly then steer well clear! They try to bully you into agreeing to inspections and if you don't threaten charges. They also refuse to pay for repairs meaning you have to do them yourself. Poor show compared to previous letting companies I have used.

   I have recently been in contact with the Lettings team, I am looking to let me own property in a few months and wanted to get some information on the requirements and process, when I had spoken with other againts I found them to be very unhelpful and once they understood that I was not ready to do business with them they lost interest and where dismissive to the point of rude. However my experience of Frost was entirely different, they spoke with me extensively about what I needed to do and how everything worked, gave me a contact name, number and email address and invited me to contact them when I was ready to proceed. Excellent customer service and a few of the long term goal.

   I have been through a lot of agents in my time, and most of them deliver the standard service and procedures that you'd expect from an agent. Nothing bad, nothing amazing.

   I must say though, i've found that the Frost Partnership really do go above and beyond!! It was so easy, i found a place on my first viewing, absolutely perfect for me! And i was in within a fortnight!

   Its been so easy using them and i would definately recommend them as a company, especially the Langley team.

   Very happy tenant!!
