Not really helping at the beginning, letting you down the minute (the second?) after they had the money. Terrible - Avoid !!! I would definitely not recommend Friar lettings.

Friar seemed great at the beginning, as so many letting agencies but they're as terrible as all the rest. We let them know about a problem with out flat- their solution is to evict us and move in new people who might not complain about the damp walls and leak in the ceiling once its been pained over. They also cant be relied upon to give you prior warning as to when they are coming. A number of friends have similar complaints- they'll lie to your face without the decency to sit down and talk about things. I would definitely not recommend Friar lettings

This agency is one of the best I have dealt with. The staff are friendly and helpfull and when my boiler broke down I had a plumber out in the same day, highly recommened!
