Experience: Would you use the agent again?  No

a. incorrect valuation - too low by over £100K. No idea of their own market place

b. never offered to put up For Sale board

c. disappointing (disasterous) client handling & liaison; different parts of their office were unaware of material issues

d. failure to monitor sale progress with buyer - despite assurances that monitoring would take place

e. in their own words 'overlooked' re-advertising property when a sale fell through

f. only advertised property once in 3 months

Finally when a written complaint was made - no applogy & they hid behind the Ombudsman.

Overall impression - used to be a good firm to deal with. Unfortuately gone down hill rapidly; use them at your own risk.
