Absolutely terrible.

We've been under them for 2 years, we live 20 yards from their office but they will not deal with us there we must instead go to their office about 20 miles away.

They promised us first refusal on a new flat we tried to move into, continually reassured that we'd get first refusal and we HAD to phone on wednesday to say yes or no - no sooner and no later.

We phoned up, the flat had already been let.

I'm sorry but thats just wrong.

They don't answer phone calls, don't respond to letters, and it's taken them two years to inform the Landlord of our current flat about certain problems with it. Things only get done when we speak to the Landlord himself!

If your honestly thinking of going with them, then seriously look at going else where!

I wish we had!
