No
I can't get anyone from the rental side to respond to me. I have not been paid 2 months rent. I need to know what's happening.
Their office is not answering phone calls, faxes or email.
I heard from the tenants that FPM has closed down !!
I have mortgage to pay and very worried about FPMs behaviour.

I'm currently a tenant with FPM. I was informed today (by the office next door to them) that they have gone bankrupt.
Obviously this is worrying for me and the people i live with as we have no idea where our rent is going and it looks like we may have to cancel the payment until somebody explains to us exactly what the hell is going on. The phones fax and website are down, and the office has been emptied. Apparently we should have been informed of this via a letter just before christmas, buti'm guessing that you, like ourselves, know nothing about what has gone on. it is a worrying situation indeed. In my experience all accounts should have been passed on to another estate agent, but if anyone has taken on their properties, i have no idea who it is. If i do find anything out i will post another comment to let you know. Good luck
