    Would you use the agent again? No

    Very good in getting you viewings, but poor in communicating with the landlord. Requests to consider our reduced offer for the monthly rent were not forwarded to the landlord, landlord's bank details to pay rent to had to be actively chased (including visits to their office and several phone calls/emails). At end of tenancy wihheld more of the deposit than had been agreed by the landlord (within the dispute system) and would not reply to repeated emails.

    Choosing an estate agent is tough - you normally select the house you are interested in and the agent doesn't really matter. I will however actively avoid the Forest Bureau and associated estate agents given the significant grief caused.
