This woman is beyond rude. Terribly aggressive! Before you deal with these people, make sure you look up tenant rights. She's not concerned about tenants and is quick to threaten with eviction. If you ask for repairs, she'll forget. However, if its something she needs, she'll contact you all day! Leaving nasty messages. I was thrilled with the property, initially. Had I known how much trouble it would be to deal with them, I would have looked else where. Also, I must admit I was not sure about their reference method. I was charged £400 and they did it themselves! I thought they were suppose to use a third party?
