Very inefficient. They hardly listen to you and they tend to ignore emails and telephone calls. Frankly, amongst the worst agents I ever had to deal with. Plenty of agents in Canary Wharf, avoid them.

People are always ready to tell bad things but not when it is good, the staff are very pleasant and helped me in every way. I realise who thier client is but they made me feel like that did the best they could to ensure I had the best and smothest move possible.
I would use these again and the management have been a real help ever since.

Nice enough when you look round flats, but you will get hit with extremely high charges when you leave, for check out and unnecessary cleaning costs. Their back office staff are quite useless in resolving any issues.
Use a different agency, you will regret using these.

I went to rent a place with them and they didn't show me anything at my price range and then insists on unreasonable clauses in the lease!! Luckily, I had a friend who was a lawyer and she told me what to do.
Don't trust these guys!
