We've been looking for a property for months and have been speaking to lots and lots of different agents in the area and Sue has been by far and away the most helpful person we have dealt with! She has sent us very relevant properties and listened to what we are looking for when a lot of others send through anything with the right number of bedrooms! Sue has also called whenever something new that is the kind of thing we're looking for comes on the market and always touches base later to see what out thoughts are. We've done several viewings through Fine and Country now and will continue to use them until we find a property.

Fantastic service. From start to finish the service supplied was absolutely perfect. We were kept informed on each and every detail of how the marketing was progressing and following the numerous viewings we were advised exactly what the potential buyers thought of the property.
Aftet accepting the sale offer we were again kept informed at all stages and given advice on how to resond to certain questions raised.
The best agent I've ever used by far.Was this review helpful? Yes

Fine and Country were pro active from the moment they took my property on to sell. It had already been on with two other agents over the previous 18 months without a successful sale. Within a couple of weeks of having the property advertised in their window, newspaper and internet they had a potential buyer that they had specifically matched to my property. I cannot fault the quality of service and the attention they gave to my sale. I can highly recommend them if you want a professional, courteous and above all positive end result. Thank you.

We first selected Fine & Country for their excellent, very innovative, high quality marketing but they went well beyond this. They were extremely hard working and proactive at securing viewings - quite a lot of clients came from outside the usual catchment area, and they worked hard at targeting the right buyer profile. The lead agent Paul Harris made special effort for all key staff (Julie Jackson, Sue Gibson, and Richard Carpenter) to come in and familiarise with the property before the viewings. The house had been on the market for 3 months with another agent Cheffins with only ONE... (read more)

Sue listened to what we wanted and provided potential purchases which met the brief. We were provided with pre marketing info.
The agency also provided good reps for viewing.
A happy optimistic manner also helped.
The feeder agency,Kevin Thomas of Thomas Morris provided the necessary local knowledge and handled negotiations in a friendly yet businesss like manner. Was this review helpful? Yes

Having previously sold a property for us in the past, my husband and I decided to use Fine & Country again to market our current home.
We had several agents out to discuss price and marketing options that specialise in property over the value of 2m, and despite that fact that we had previously dealt with Fine & Country we kept an open mind and wanted to see if another agent may in fact be a more suitable to market and sell our home.
It didn't take too long for our minds to be made up. This isn't a forum for discussing the other agents failings, but lets just say for the outset... (read more)

When I saw the property was listed with Fine & Country St Neots I remember thinking 'oh good' because I had dealt with them before and out of 3 estate agents I had explored buying properties with, they had been the best.
I did not feel rushed in making decisions over the property but importantly found Mr Bradbury easy to get hold of, prompt in getting back to me and clear in answering my questions. He kept me informed of developments and although acting in his sellers interests, I felt he was straightforward and even handed. There were some difficult moments in the sale as the property had some damp issues. However, Mr Bradbury guided me through this and helped ease the stress with a relaxed, respectful and professional style.
I am very happy in my new home and would highly recommend Fine and Country of St Neots to buy a house from. Was this review helpful? Yes

It's February, cold, miserable and the market is 'rubbish' according to the media. But thanks to Fine & Country our house is under offer! They have worked incredibly hard to promote our house and have generated more viewings and offers in the dark winter months than our previous 2 agents during peak season. Please try these nice people, they will change your perception of estate agents!

We are very happy with these agents. Our relationship spans a year of looking with a fine toothed comb and Sue Gibson was always cheerful, attentive and patient during our search. She strove to try and meet our requirements every step of the way. Paul Harris played an intrinsic part in tricky negotiations and we are on the brink of exchanging now. We'd also like to thank Julie and Richard for their impeccable telephone assistance! If we had a property to sell in the area we would unhesitatingly appoint them.

We met with Hilary from the Drayton office at our potential new house (now our lovely new home) and she was instantly likeable and personable. As the process progressed toward the purchase we were kept informed and given the names of local organisations that have been a fantastic resource.
We have been so impressed with Fine and Country we have instructed them as agents in the rental of our previous property. I highly recommend using Fine and Country for the Portsmouth areaWas this review helpful? Yes

Our dealings with all of the team were excellent from the very first visit through to final exchange.
Excellent support from Hilary and Sarah through the frustrations presented by individuals in the legal and banking professions. We moved without a hitch on 20th December just in time for Christmas ;o)
I'd happily use the team again if we choose to move at some point in the future.
Many Thanks Ian

Particular thanks to Hilary for her professionalism and patience during a protracted, compplicated and occasionally emotional process that eventually saw success despite the best efforts of the legal profession.
Her 'Honest Broker' approach to keeping all appraised of progress served to alleviate potential additional angst generated by conflicting advice from competing solicitors offices blessed with a full understanding of the art of 'manana'.
A pragmatic and realistic service that actually delivers.

Fine & Country, Drayton, offered a professional service that was second to none. Particular thanks to Hilary who kept us informed on every viewing and when we did secure a buyer we were given regular updates as to the progress of the sale and her thoroughness meant that every link in the chain were also updated due to the inadequacies of other Agents who weren't as diligent and left their clients chasing for information. For all members of the Fine & Country team at Drayton, it is nice to work with an estate agent who concentrates not only on the sale but puts effort into the "after offer" service; as from a client's perspective this is when the stress really starts.

Just purchased a house through Fine and Country. They were fabulous, especially Hilary Landey, who suggested a deal that worked very well for both parties. Hilary was was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and unflappable when the mortgage company's surveyor threw a bucket full of spanners into the works. True professionals, who are interested not just in getting the offer, but in helping both sides complete the deal as easily as possible.

We have, today, Exchanged on the purchase of our new house and wanted to sing the praises of all the team at Fine & Country St Neots. Their excellent service began with Sue Gipson who introduced us to the property and played a vital role in the negotiation and acceptance of our offer. Whilst working for the seller, she did a brilliant job of ensuring our needs were met and that an amicable and fair agreement was achieved. We have subsequently had support from Richard, Paul, Simon and Julie, all of whom have been more than helpful, always polite and friendly, highly professional and courteous and generally exemplary in their activities. Julie has been instrumental in helping us achieve a speedy Exchange and the whole team have been very quick to respond to any query. They have been a delight to deal with and we would not hesitate in recommending them to any prospective seller (we will certainly use them should we move in the future).

We dealt with Sue Gipson at St Neots office who was professional and proactive throughout. She understood what we were looking for, was knowledgeable, very patient and never pushy. She and the St Neots Office stood out above all other local agents that we were in contact with. A total 5 Star service.

I had a 5 bedroom executive house and barn formerly on the market with another high-end estate agent that had attracted zero viewings in its critical launch month. Disappointed, I came across Fine & Country, and asked for their frank opinion on the marketing. They pointed out some errors within the static marketing approach so frequently offered. So within two weeks, the Fine & Country had the house remarketed; fresh photography taken; and exciting lifestyle images and descriptors that showed the house living and at its best. I received an offer within two weeks. In this climate, that is impressive. With Fine & Country I found that the service did not stop at offer stage. The conveyance proved to be a longer, more complex process than initially envisaged, but Fine & Country were at hand every step of the way, providing best advice and guidance.

We have been looking for a property for over a year and Fine & Country are the only agents who still contact us. All the team are helpful, but Sue is excellent, very proactive and has a full understanding of what we are looking for. Viewings are arranged at times that are convenient to us and she won't waste our time on properties that aren't suitable - unlike some other agents!

We recently bought a house using the Plympton branch of Fine & Country. The F & C team could not have been more friendly and efficient with each step of the process (including the normal issues encountered) being managed very professionally. The F & C team were very good at proactive communications as well as responding very quickly to any questions asked. It was a bonus to find that all the team members we met are really nice people as well as good at their jobs (as demonstrated by one driving into the wilds of Dartmoor late on a January night to drop off our keys)! Definitely a team to recommend and use again.

I found Fine & Country to be very efficient throughout our very short process; fully aware of what was happening in the chain.
There were some issues over the exchange and all of our house contents were sitting in the removal van with nowhere to go; finally we were given approval by our Vendors to unpack our van without exchanging as the house was vacant.
Within 30 minutes of this welcomed new Fine and Country had arranged for 3 men to assist with the unpacking of the van to speed up the process; all of the expense of this covered by themselves.
Fine service indeed; would definitely recommend! Was this review helpful? Yes

The best way to put it for us was that everything was taken care of. The brochure was practically a work of art! I never once had to chase them for feedback on viewings, they always seemed one step ahead of the game which was a huge relief as I have had very irritating experience with other agents in the past where you have to chase them constantly. When we got an offer they managed it "upwards" pretty skilfully and communication was really excellent right up to exchanging contracts. For possibly the first time over many years of periodically moving house, I felt we had an estate agent who honestly deserved every penny we paid them.

A good experience. The people that came around to value the house had a good knowledge of property prices and how the house could best be marketed - a marked contrast to the other two agents who came round, who seemed to be rather disinterested. Throughout the sales process I was always kept up to date and the team worked very hard to make sure that everything ran smoothly.

I chose Fine & Country because they showed more enthusiasum and confidence in the market at a time when other agents I had approached for a valuation were full of doom and gloom. The property was placed in the capable hands of Martin who is based at Leamington Spa. He visited the bungalow to familiarise himself with the layout etc before any viewing and arrived at least 15 minutes ahead of any potential buyers to do the accompanied viewings. These were always carried out in a very professional manner. The for sale board went up on 7th February and to everyones surprise (except mine & Martins) the sale was clinched on 21st February!!

Like many sellers we initially put our house on the market with a local agent offering a high asking price, low fees and promising a quick sale .
After almost a year on the market and little viewings we contacted Fine and Country, and within 8 weeks moved from our home. They offered not only competitive fees, but suggested a realistic asking price, and within days had more viewings and interest than we had had in a year.
They are by far the keenest and most professional agents in the area The staff's knowledge on our home was outstanding, regardless of which branch were contacted.... (read more)

The service from Fine & Country was exemplary. From a buyers perspective where one deals with the agent representing the vendor I have usually found the service rather limited; but in this case, the service especially from James Copper of Fine & Country was superb. I believe without the attention to detail and perseverance that Fine & Country had shown, the process could have faltered more than once.

I recently purchased a property through Fine & Country (Leamington Spa Office). Having purchased numerous properties over the years I have extensive knowledge of sestate agents services. I have to say that the service from Julie Southorn and the office in general was outstanding. I very rarely comment on such services but from start to finish Julie was totally professional, curteous and went out of her way to ensure a smooth purchase. I cannot recommend this office/agency enough. From arrangements made for the morgage through the offices recommendation (whichwere found to to be the best on the market) through to completion I have no area of complaint at all.

We sold our house earlier this year, against all the market, we sold quickly and reached the target price. During this process Rugby office of Fine and Country gave us good advice, the staff were friendly and always available, the use of an open day was particularly effective. We had no direct contact with viewers(unless we wanted to) and no involvement in negotiations.

Fine and Country, Rugby office, not only sold our house at above the asking price in a difficult market, they also alerted us very quickly to a house that they thought would be of interest, which came back onto the market and which we purchased. All staff were attentive and we felt that they were personally involved in the transactions and were sensitive to our requirements. They were cheerful, professional and prepared to spend time to discuss progress with the sale and purchase, always acting in our interest. We would always be happy to recommend their service.

Julie at Fine & Country offered to help when, after having many problems with a competitor estate agent, the purchase we were making fell through. Julie, in representing her customer, identified that the chain was going to fall through completely if she did not try to overcome the challenges brought about by the competitor's poor customer service.
Julie offered to act as intermediary between ourselves and the vendor. At all times she kept us informed of the full chain and was proactive in dealing with potential problems as they arose. Was this review helpful? Yes

Great service from all the team at Rugby who even quickly alerted us to a property to buy, knowing that we would like it! Very much "hands on" and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
