Completely incompetent- AVOID
We rented a three bedroom apartment in Stratford from them on a short term let over the summer. Upon moving in we found broken chairs, missing appliances and the like, which were never fixed or replaced despite asking repeatedly for 10 weeks. They "request" rent up front for the following month, which was fine except that, af the end of the first month, instead of simply asking they gave us an abusive phonecall, threatening to (and I quote) "send my brothers round tonight and f@*k your s&%t up" if we didn't pay them immediately (this was out of the blue with no prior request)! Oh yes, and they used the same threat to up the rent by £50 /week (if we hadn't been out of the country at the time, we would have gone to the police). Concluding, unless you enjoy having bearded men deliver tirades of abuse at you over the phone and want to get Trading Standards involved, don't be fooled by the relatively cheap rents.

Happy to take your money but incompetent at providing a service and offering you help when you need it. Avoid!
