   Featherstone Leigh are by far the worst agent I have ever dealt with. Totally disorganised, poor management service, kept sending shoddy contractors to my house who did appalling (or no) work and then charged way over market rates. They were indifferent to customer dissatisfaction. To top it all off, they tried to scam me with hidden fees and charges which I had never agreed to.

   Would you use the agent again? No

   Agent has zero sales skills. Showed up to the flat and the agency had not called the tenants to let them know about the viewing so we were not allowed in. Agent suggested it was our fault for requesting a same-day viewing. We received no follow up calls or suggestions about other properties to view.

   Extremely disappointed in the service provided. Very aggressive and attentive sales group, absolutely disappear at times when issues arise. I spent 3 weeks without a washing machine and the agent didn't make any calls to me or offer any support. In addition, they provided no support in seeking reimbursement for cleaning costs incurred during this time.

   Additionally, I was trapped outside of the country during a snowstorm and no one was willing to go to the property to turn the heat on because they were "too busy".

   Absolutely appalling attitude and total indifference.

   I have used more than a dozen agents in my life, a lot of international assignments. I've never said this about any agent previously. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

   This company did nothing but p*ss me about. No one ever gave me a straight answer it was like the dumb leading the dumb. Who ever has put kind comments on this site about this company is either mad or never used a good agent in the past. I will never use this company again

   I am currently in a FL property and so far they are the most organised agents I have ever rented from. Any queries responded to within 24 hours, polite and organised. Its rare so well done :-)
