Shocking. Nothing but overcharging all the way since they took over the management of our block. They charge admin fee upon admin fee and are obviously profiteering from their position. They also held up our moving out of our flat by taking 3 weeks to send a basic document back to our solicitors and then tried to blame the solicitors. I am very angry with them.

I have many properties managed by this firm.
The fact their name is associated with the property as managing agents, helps to
maintain the value as buyers will know they are inheriting a firm that can be trusted. They are professional and, in my view, a class act.Was this review helpful? Yes

Have now started to accept card payment over the phone for ground rent & maintenance, if payment is made monthly, they charge extra. Be prepared to obtain your own quotes for work to be done as the contractors they use charge astronomical rates for little work to be done e.g. over
