   Having used several agents over the past few years I discovered express property services very efficient, reliable and very quick to arrive at solutions to problems that have arisen
   Mark Francis at express properties is excellent, probably the first time I have ever felt that the letting agent is actually working for me rather than his own commission or the landlords benefit.

   He is always professional, polite and extremely helpful and always available when I needed him.

   I would highly recommend express property services to anyone looking for property to rent.

   We have been using the VERY professional services of Mark Francis over the last 10 years. We can honestly say that we have been nothing but delighted with the consistantly high standards & efficiency that he has displayed. Not only has he helped us with the looking after our property , but he has also given us a lot of general advise from time to time to help us make informed decisions. He never is too busy to deal with our requests and always does his best. I would not hesitate at all to recommend his VERY PERSONAL - One to One service.

   I can't recommend Express Property Services and Mark Francis more strongly. First, Mark found perfect tenants for my son's flat in Ealing, and they are still there. Moreover, however, I have worked as an independent inventory clerk for very many years and Express Property Services is the only agency I still do work for, in my semi-retirement. It is a pleasure to hear that landlords stay with him for years and to meet so many happy and satisfied tenants. Mark is absolutely honest, incredibly efficient, and a perfectionist. Luckily he is also very friendly and helpful to everyone. He sets a very high standard which I have to try and maintain when I do any work for him.

   I have rented a flat through Express Property Services for about four years and I can fairly say it has been the best agency from which I have rented in twenty years of living in London. I speak only from a tenant's point of view (if you're a potential landlord I can say nothing, of course) but I think one of the biggest thing's in EPS's favour is its size, or its lack of it. It is, as far as I'm aware, a husband and wife team that keep the enterprise going day to day, and this brings an inevitable closeness with the tenants that prevents them, in my view, from seeing you as just a source of income. As well as the politeness and courtesy one would expect from any such business that seeks to stay afloat EPS have, at all times, been both professional and friendly (a surprisingly difficult balance to achieve, in my opinion). Everything that has ever needed to be fixed or replaced has been fixed or replaced promptly and to a high standard. In short, I have no complaints to make about EPS and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in west London.

   Absolutely wonderful! Estate agents have got a bad reputation, and unfortunately my past experience and that of other people I know, most of the time they deserve it. However, Express Property Services is the complete opposite. I have been dealing with Mark Francis, and he has been absolutely brilliant from the beginning - quickly responding to any queries, renegotiating my contract, sorting out any issues, and clearly making sure I as a tenant am happy as well as the landlord.

   The service provided has been brilliant in all respects, and there is none of the shark like behaviour and attitude you find so often elsewhere. This is how estate agents should be!

   I can't praise Mark enough and whole heartedly recommend Express Property Services.

    I am a tenant for nearly 4 years and I am apreciated to have such a professional and efficient managing agent Mark Francis.He never let me down,he is always very positive, enthusiastic, quick,effective and sensible.
    I I had variety problems in my flat and he always came with the best solution.I am not moving anywhere!

   Express Property Services assisted me when I let my property from 2003 to 2005. The service received was both friendly as well as professional and I have continue to enjoy a personal friendship with Mark.

   When I eventually selected the tenants Mark advised me to take out landlord insurance as he was a little concerned with the tenants and told me to be cautious. This proved invaluable as it turned out there were some problems which were easily solved by the solicitors acting on behalf of the insurance company. I also used their recommended contractors with repairs to my property at the time and was very happy with the results...

   Express Property Services has managed my properties for several years. They have provided me with excellent service, I feel confident of their management of my properties and my tenants. Mark Francis has the ability to support the tenants and me the landlady individually and professionally, giving us the confidence that we are all being dealt with fairly.

   I am very satisfied with Mark Francis and his staff as my lettings Agent since 2004.He is very ptofessional and I appreciate his constant non biased advice.He is fair and understanding with both tenants and the landlord.He uses competetive and efficient maintenance contractors.All the invoices are thoroughly checked by Mark and the prices are very reasonable.I strongly recomend him as letting agent.

   I have found Mark Francis, the letting agent, to be professional, helpful and courteous at all times. He regularly keeps me updated of any changes in legislation or matters of interest relating to lettings. He has always managed to get our properties rented out in a short space of time and found us very good tenants. I have never had reason to consider changing letting agents and have been with Mark Francis for over twenty years. Well done Mark and thank you for looking after our interests and concerns so well.

   I feel extremely fortunate to have had Mark as my Lettings Agent since 2008 when I moved overseas for a couple of years. He is personable, knows his stuff and provides you with the pros and cons of a situation. He is ARLA accredited which was very important to me and when I was interviewing a number of agents, he impressed me with his knowledge, reasonable rates and his care and attention. He maintains good communication throughout the tenancy and is able to access services at reasonable rates for work carried out to a high standard. He is a good trustworthy guy who does not give \"flannel\" during discussions - unlike some other letting agents. I would whole heartedly recommend him.

   I have been renting with Express Property about 10 years and they have always acted very professionally, as I am a female tenant they have made sure the premises are safe and secure. Any workman that are sent Mark ensures I feel comfortable about them being in the flat. .
   They have robust systems in place for reporting, getting in touch etc which is very reassuring as a tenant.
   They always reply very quickly even at week-ends with regard to any leaks etc
   They allow plenty of time to renew leases and I have found all the staff very courteous.
   I would like to mention Mark F especially as always going that extra mile. I would highly recommend them as a managing agent.

   Express Property Services is not just your average Agent. They care about their tenants and clients. They go the extra mile. Are always available to meet and assist where necessary. They keep in contact with their clients and tenants on an ongoing basis and you don\'t just hear from them like other agents a month before renewal. They are a very professional company with the highest professionalism. I can only speak highly of the staff at Express Property and can most certainly recommend them to anyone requiring their services.
