   Problems from the start of the tendency.

   Rooms were messy and in an unlivable state even though it was promised to us that it would be cleaned professionally. We had to paint the rooms out of our own pocket. The cleaner they hired were just an average cheap cleaner as opposed to their 'professional cleaners' they were said to hire.

   Moved into a property rented by Eurolink with 4 other students and had trouble from the start.
   The downstairs bedroom (my bedroom) was mouldy, smelt awful and was not fit for habitation. Despite this, the agent of the company entered the condition of the room as \'fair\' and when asked when the room would be cleaned and made liveable, gave a vague answer. Had to decorate and clean the room out of my own pocket.

   The company were generally very slow to get anything done, requiring repeated chasing.

   Final straw came after receiving an eviction notice due to the landlord not paying his mortgage. They were completely unsupportive regarding the imminent eviction, failed to find alternate accommodation despite promising that they would and have resulted in me having to stay at a friends house until I can find somewhere else to live.

   All in all, this is a joke of a company. The staff are unprofessional, on occasion rude and incompetent.

   I have just moved out of a flat that my partner and I rented from Euro-Link and I would never use them again. Whilst living there they were slow to fix things (the roof in the utility area still had holes in it when we left), they give you less than 24 hour notice before they enter your flat, they arrange "meetings" and then fail to show up, they messed around with the electric meters and the bills (even got angry when we let somebody from the electric company onto the property to change the meter) and when we left they tried to charge us for wear and tear, things that were broken before we moved in and for structural problems that were not our fault and they failed to fix. The staff are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I sincerely advice against using this letting agency you can get much better properties elsewhere.

   I have been renting with Euro-Link for 11 Years now. And although they have had staff change I have found them to be trustworthy agents. In fact my sons are now grown and are letting with other agents in Basingstoke and Newbury and when I compare what service I have received from Euro-Link and what they charge against the agents my boys use it is clear to see that I am treated well.

   Would definately recommend them to anyone.

   I visited EuroLink agents last year and found them lousy, casual and unprofessional in their approach. Being new to UK I was not sure. I got a letting with someone much better. This year I thought I will give them a chance. The agent turned up 35 min late for the scheduled meeting after sending me an sms that he will be there just in 10 min! How lousy! They have become still worse. People beware of these lousy chaps.

   I could not keep up an appointment with EuroLink due to emergency work and did not get to give a call back. When the agent called, I profusely apologized, but the agent actually spent 10 minutes harping about the time and energy he spent on this this in the most atrocious and rude tone leaving me all the more dismayed.
   I will never ever interact with them again.

   I had to go through the lengthly process of changing letting agents after Euro-Link messed me around for weeks costing me hundereds of pounds and leaving my property empty for some time.

   Stay well away is my advice.

   I strongly advise to never rent or let with Euro-Link!

   I am normally a person with a calm temperament who will easily forgive simple mistakes and maybe even the odd rude comment, but never before have I had to deal with such a level of bad service as that I've seen at Euro-Link!

   It amazes me that such a company manages to gain new clients each year, I can now see the only reason is because people do not know what they are letting themselves in for!

   I warn you not to make the same mistake I did!

    Very disappointing.

    Do not rent a property with Euro-Link.

    After being messed around from move in to completion and having rented with many different agencies these people are by far the worst.

    Their staff are incompetent and we found ourselves having to phone them daily just to badger them and push them to complete even a simple task. We had faulty white goods - these were replaced by more faulty white goods after a month - four months later and on move out we still did not have anything that worked - after spending hours on the phone to these people.

    They also find bogus charges on move out that clearly are unfounded.

    My advice - landlords: find another agency. Tenants: stay well clear, find another property.

    I would recommend to all my friends, colleagues and family to stay clear of these people.
