I visited EuroLink agents last year and found them lousy, casual and unprofessional in their approach. Being new to UK I was not sure. I got a letting with someone much better. This year I thought I will give them a chance. The agent turned up 35 min late for the scheduled meeting after sending me an sms that he will be there just in 10 min! How lousy! They have become still worse. People beware of these lousy chaps.

I could not keep up an appointment with EuroLink due to emergency work and did not get to give a call back. When the agent called, I profusely apologized, but the agent actually spent 10 minutes harping about the time and energy he spent on this this in the most atrocious and rude tone leaving me all the more dismayed.
I will never ever interact with them again.

I strongly advise to never rent or let with Euro-Link!
I am normally a person with a calm temperament who will easily forgive simple mistakes and maybe even the odd rude comment, but never before have I had to deal with such a level of bad service as that I've seen at Euro-Link!
It amazes me that such a company manages to gain new clients each year, I can now see the only reason is because people do not know what they are letting themselves in for!
I warn you not to make the same mistake I did!

I had to go through the lengthly process of changing letting agents after Euro-Link messed me around for weeks costing me hundereds of pounds and leaving my property empty for some time.
Stay well away is my advice.

Very disappointing.
Do not rent a property with Euro-Link.
After being messed around from move in to completion and having rented with many different agencies these people are by far the worst.
Their staff are incompetent and we found ourselves having to phone them daily just to badger them and push them to complete even a simple task. We had faulty white goods - these were replaced by more faulty white goods after a month - four months later and on move out we still did not have anything that worked - after spending hours on the phone to these people.
They also find bogus charges on move out that clearly are unfounded.
My advice - landlords: find another agency. Tenants: stay well clear, find another property.
I would recommend to all my friends, colleagues and family to stay clear of these people.
