Unfortunately I have found this agency difficult to deal with and dishonest. As one exmaple I have known a case of a tenant not receiving back a full deposit without explanation and even using aggression towards tenants, personally for me I would never use them again.

Top agency. My properties are being managed by these guys too. I'm pleased with their services. Always available. Easy to talk to. Job done on time. Rent on time. I would recommend them for a lettings agency for sure.

I am a Landlady for some years now and have used a number of agents to manage and let my properties yet I have always encountered problems with most of them (even with the major players in this field). I was referred to Estate141 about 2 years ago and tried them out. I have to agree with the previous reviewer; I am very pleased with their services and I am now considering moving all my properties under their care.

. I was referred to Estate141 about 2 years ago and tried them out.
