No
My personal experience (as a landlord) with this Agent says avoid at all costs. Very poor on feedback. Twice it took them over 5 weeks to reply to a simple email. Even then replies only came when I phoned and took the matter further. I'm sure there are better Agents in the Reading area to use. Quite simply they don't care about Customer Service - despite being a member of ARLA!!!

The worst lettings agent I've ever dealt with.
Our boiler was leaking. I called them and reported it. They said they would arrange for a repair. Nobody called, so three days later I called again. Then again and again. We never had it repaired, not even after 5 phone calls. So we moved away from the property they "manage".
