I have been using Ellis & Co (Wembley Central) for lettings management since July 2010. The staff at Ellis & Co are very friendly and extremely helpful. They are brilliant with helping to resolve any issues with tenants and do so in a professional manner.
I have been exceptionally happy with the service they have provided me with and I would definitely recommend other landlords to use them to manage their properties.

I have been using Ellis & Co as letting & management agent since 2003. Over the years I think that I have only had 2 tenants and have not had my property vacant at any point. The service I receive from Margaret is excellent. She manages my property with very little required involvement from me and keeps me informed along the way. My renewals take place without me having to ask and when there is a problem, I know that I can rely on Margaret to get it resolved. I can highly recommend the Walm Lane Office of Ellis & Co.

Ellis & Co at Willesden Green have successfully managed my properties and lettings for the past 12 years. My properties are always let without delay and any without subsequent tenant incidents as they have a thorough tenant pre-selection process.
They are always very prompt in resolving my queries and my tenants issues as they arise.
They proactively suggest the best course of action when any repair problem arises, providing 3 quotations for any significant work needed to be done.

I have been living at my property for approximately 5 years and one of the main reasons for my long stay is because Ellis & Co have been absolutely fantastic. If it's a pipe getting blocked or I have left my keys in the office, they do anything they can and quickly. I hope they will be the people I buy my first property in London through!

I was recommended Ellis & Co (Willesden branch) by my mum's plumber who had a couple of properties with them and he said they were very good, so when I let my flat after getting married I contacted the Willesden Green branch and the manager came to view the property, even though it was slightly out of the area that they covered. I signed up with them straight away and suffice to say I have been with them coming up to six-and-a-half years and they are brilliant. The tenants are happy and well looked after by the agents, I have had no problems or issues at all, any repair/maintenance work is undertaken swiftly and professionally by the agents. Margaret Nolan has been fantastic and very helpful to deal with. I am at ease knowing that my property is in good hands, all the stress & worry of looking after tenants and a rental property has been taken from me. I would highly recommend Ellis & Co (Willesden) and very much hope to continue working with them in the years to come.

We moved from Nottingham to London 5 months back. We spoke to so many different estate agents and saw few properties. But the service we got from Ellis & Co (esp. Kam Karla) was extra-ordinary. He went out of his way to find a property for us as we did not have a place to stay in London and we were staying in a hotel. He managed to find a property and did all the paper work in less than 4 hours so that we will have a home to stay. We are so grateful to Ellis & Co for being such a great help. We will recommend this estate agent to anyone. Trust us on this. Simply amazing. Apart from this they have also helped our friends find excellent properties.

I have been in the Lettings market for over 15 years, and I can honestly say that in all that time the Lettings Team at the Harrow branch of Ellis and Co, (especially the Lettings Director, Kam Kalra), have been the best Agents I have had the pleasure to be acquainted with. Vigilant, through, meticulous, friendly, and above all unflinchingly honest in all their dealings, going over and above the call of duty to help and assist their clients..
I have also had occasion to purchase property via this office. I have dealt with Rakesh Maru on the sales side, and once again I have the same level of praise for his thoroughly professional conduct.
Finally I would, (and do), recommend them to anyone looking to rent out or buy a property in the area they cover. You won't be disappointed!

Being in london from over 10 years, I have come across number of estate agencies and number of estate agents. Some of them are very professional and few are not so professional. I'll rate Ellis & Co. (harrow branch) among the most professional estate agency, I have come across. Their letting head is very helpful,sincere and honest about his work. I'll highly recommend them as a letting agency.

I’ve been renting via Ellis and Co. Harrow for the past 5 years and have found them to be very helpful, After experiencing grief and pain from other estate agencies in the area who advertise and claim to the best, I met Ellis and Co who don't really flaunt their name in wasteful advertisements but modestly outperform even the best estate agents in the market.
Each and every individual I have met in the Harrow Office has always been helpful and supportive in every way.
These are the qualities that want me to come back to them every time I want to rent a property. I have absolutely no problems in recommending them to my friends and family for any property related matters.
There is a lot that the other agencies can learn from the Ellis and Co office at Harrow.Wish you all the best guys!! Keep up the good work.

I sold my flat in Victoria Park through Ellis & Co, Bethnal Green, and the service I received was utterly superb. I cannot praise these people too highly. My agent was extremely knowledgeable about sales in the area, honest about what could realistically be achieved, efficient in marketing the property, available to me for all my inquires, and completely professional throughout the process, as well as being really nice people to deal with. They also charged a much lower fee than many others in the area.

We moved into a two bed flat on Hackney Road, and used the Bethnal Green Ellis & Co Branch. We were dealt with by Ashley, and right from the word go he was fantastic. From our first inquiry to moving out, Ashley dealt with us in a professional and genuine manner. I am currently with Felicity J Lord, and it has made me realise, first of all what a truly terrible agent is like, and appreciate how good our experience with Ellis & Co was. Myself and my boyfriend have just rented through Ellis and Co Bethnal Green Branch. We were dealt with by Ashley, who from the word go has been excellent. When I submitted an enquiry through their website, Ashley phoned me quickly, and seemed far more genuine than other agents I had dealt with.
When we arranged to view the property, he showed us around, talked us through it, and then took a step back so that myself and my boyfriend could speak about things privately. As soon as we had a question, he was there to answer it. This was much appreciated.

We dealt with Birjoo Shah at Ellis and Co in Finchley Central when looking for a bedroom flat to rent. We had seen many estate agents before Ellis and most of them did no have any bed houses to rent. When we went to Ellis they had and Birjoo knew straight away where to find them in his rental file and seemed to know the properties in great detail.
Birjoo was very polite, professional and had excellent communication skills. He arranged for us to see the property a few times and continuously kept us up to speed with the rental process and where we were with getting our offer accepted.
The process was quick, straightforward and there were no real surprises when we moved in.
All in all, it went well for us and I would recommend Birjoo / Ellis to friends looking for a place to rent.

Excellent service. Having been an agent for more than 20 years I am highly critical of others, but in this case.... I cannot fault either the letting service or management. they were excellent, thorough and highly professional which is unfortunately a rarity nowadays. I have no ties with Ellis & Co but would recommend the Finchley Office to all.
