Aweful service. Easily the most unprofessional letting agent I've ever encountered in the UK. You will have to call them a thousand times to get things done. Even after that the work will be thoroughly incomplete and you will need to intervene and do their job although they will arrogantly reply "we know our job"...group of stupid people running their office just opposite to wembley park tube station...beware of them...choose any other letting agent at random but not this one...

I agree i spoke to Andy many times and he has no manners and since he swore at me over the phone i have refused to call back Ellis & Co.
