We had wanted to sell our flat in about 6 months time, but had noticed that other flats in the same block had been on the market for some time, so put ours on early. Ellis and Co managed to get plenty of viewings and to our surprise a decent offer very quickly. We decided to hang on for the best price and within one more week they had got us two more offers we were happy with. Since the sale was agreed they have been excellent in all communication and jostling along the sale. As a buy-to-let investor I have dealt with many agents over the past years and found Ellis & Co Tooting to be the best so far. A pleasure to deal with, very professional, but most important able to get a best price quick sale.

I found Ellis & co, Willesden Green office, to be absolutely superb. I previously tried to sell my house with Foxtons, who failed utterly to get any offers despite their optimistic pricing and boasts. When they pressurised me to reduce the price I contacted Peter Stinson at Ellis & Co, who gave me practical and pragmatic advice, and sold the house for more than Foxtons wanted to reduce the to, in less than two weeks, over Christmas! I would reccommend Ellis & Co to all my friends.

Bought my first house with Ellis Mill hill
Very well looked afer by Peter and Jatender, As a toal newbie i went to them for advice i needed help with finding a
solicitor infact i had a choice of 3 very good ones i was also reccomended to use their in house mortgage advisor Ali who is a
legend ! My mortgage was very tricky due to my circumstances and it was sorted .
I was reccomended to Ellis by my family who have had dealings with Ellis Mill Hill in the past we wil not be using any other estate
agents in the area .
Thanks to all in Mill Hill that helped me on my way .

The sales team are extremely helpful. When I first started looking, I wasn’t too sure what exactly it was that I wanted. They sat me down, and asked me for my key requirements. I was shown two different style properties within my price range, which actually helped me decide what type of property I wanted. A great service, and friendly staff.

My Partner and I have just agreed a sale on our property through the Willesden Green office. When we decided that we wanted to move, we invited three agents round to value our flat, one of those being Ellis & Co. I found them to be very professional, honest and down to earth. They sat us down, and asked us what we wanted. What our expectations of an agent were, then they started to explain the service the provided. This really impressed me as I had never really thought about it from that angle before. I had always thought about the best valuation and the cheapest fee.

During the valuation, we were told that we should expect offers within the first 4-6 weeks of being on the market. We were on the market for 18 days when we accepted the offer that we were happy with. I'm very impressed! It's still early days yet, but fingers crossed the sale goes through as smoothly as possible. I'll keep you all posted!

I highly recommend Ellis & Co to any landlords want to let their property. The letting staffs at Wembley branch are very friendly and helpfull, especially Raj & Ravi. I received an excellent professional service in letting one of my property at Central Apartments. I have visted a fair number of Vendors so I could accertain the best to suit my needs as a first time landlord.

The office was very professional and I was offered a coffee or tea whist waiting.
When I met Deepak Mehta he expained fully the services offered and the current rental market as he saw it.

There was no pressure and I felt he had a good understanding compared to the three other agents I had seen.

I have asked Ellis & Co to deal with my rental property for 6 months now. Deepak Mehta has been a very polite and efficient person to deal with.

I would thouroughly recommend Ellis and Co.

I have been more than happy with the excellent service I received from Aaron Cruickshank. Our purchase has taken 5 months due to our chain breaking twice. During this time he has ensured that both parties are fully informed and has been very reassuring during the difficult times. He has always been available (even when on holiday) and has made me feel like I am getting 1 to 1 service when in reality he is dealing with many people daily. His friendly and efficient manner is exactly what you need as house buying is very stressful at times! I would highly reccommend Ellis and Co at this branch.

Natalie and all the team at the Branch were helpful and provided sound advice throughout the process. Natalie was proactive and in touch throughout to ensure that the sale went through. I used this office to find and rent a property in Bethnal Green. Nearly all my dealings were with Kier Hawkins. I was impressed by the thorough and organised service I received throughout from small things like timekeeping on viewings to thorough information and checklists provided on moving in and moving out, prompt responses on all queries and a friendly and proffessional approach at all times. I also cannot speak highly enough of their partners London Wharf who owned the building I rented in. I would happily recommend renting through Kier and Ellis and Co.

We had a very sudden death in our family and had to fly back to the UK from Canada, after dealing with a funeral, we had to deal with selling the property and doing a clear out. Khalid Ghani from Ellis & Co was such a great help to us, not only in selling the property but helping with other issues. After flying back to Canada we had no doubt as to the excellent service he was giving us and he did not disappoint us throughout.
We would recommend Khalid and Ellis & Co without hesitation.

We moved in this property in July .
We were told that all the pending work including carpet and cleaning , toilet seat fix , bathroom extractor , cleaning of the poisonous weed would be done before we move.
but nothing is done till date.Whenever we call them they tell some story or the other.

For any problem we face they torture us like anything. Everytime we call them they ask us to explain the entire problem without litening completely even once.
After days of followup sometime they address the problem partly sometime they just sit on us.
We are new in this country and do not know whom to approach anf feeling like cheated.
The staff is working in totally isolated mode. Everytime you call you have to start the stuff from scratch.
Any trivial stuff like shower not working is like a big project as it takes days to complete it and makes you so stressed that you feel like not approaching them at all.

This office were fantastic. I must admit, we were on the market with another agent at first but were very disatisfied with the level of service that we were receiving. We spoke to Damien who arranged an appointment immediately to see our property. He gave us some sound advice and pointed out where we were going wrong. We felt very confident in him and the office, so instructed them right away.

Through out the whole process, we were given feedback after every viewing. And Damien was always trying to come up with new ideas and different ways of trying make our property stand out. Eventually we agreed a sale which Damien negotiated on extremely well, achieving £25,000 more than the initial offer.

I would HIGHLY recommend this office as I know too well, they always provide a top service! Well done guys.

Overall very professional service. Transaction took much longer than expected due to having a 2nd remortgage going on the same time and conveyancer reacting slowly. They agency were doing most of the chasing up to try to speed up exchange and report back progress. Most of the dealing was with Mrs Siladi. When I attempted to negotiate some small conditions the requests were relayed, as expected.

On the negative side, I dealt with another person from sales, who pushed a bit too far for me to relax some of the conditions I asked for, and it was unpleasant conversation -- but again, this was one off, and as a whole the dealing was pleasant, and would deal with them again.

My wife and I have recently exchanged contracts on a property in Finchley.
I initially contacted Ellis and Co and spoke to Mr Ghani. I explained our needs. He listened very carefully and had a long conversation explaining the merits of various properties and areas of Finchley.
I arranged some viewings and he took my son and me around some properties. He showed us the duplex apartment which we are currently purchasing. In September 2011 my family switched to Ellis & Co. Harrow to let and manage the referenced property. (We previously used another agent in Harrow for some years and were totally dissatisfied with the service we were receiving). The switch co-incided with a change of tenant and the need to carry out a significant re-furbishment of the property.
Ellis & Co. were able to very efficiently organise the re-furbishment using their own sub-contractor at an economic price and then let the flat to what appear so far to be good tenants.
So far we have been quite happy with the service we have received. In particular we have been impressed with the effectiveness and efficiency of their communications to us - an area that was sadly defficient with the previous agent.

Ellis and co are an unusually open, honest and straight-dealing agent. Ours was a tricky sale - it took more than six months and several buyers pulled out - but they never lost focus, were always working hard on our behalf and remained determined throughout to get us the best possible price. Very professional team under the coordination of Mr Kam Kalra whose expert knowledge of the North London and Harrow housing market have ensured a prompt and very successful letting of a property in the Harrow area exactly as was explained in the initial contacts and within the time frame promised . Ellis & co, Harrow branch have some of the best properties in the town. I've let two properties from Ellis& co during my two year stay in UK and both were good, not too expensive and very close to the town center. Their service is best in class as well.

We have been searching for a property to rent for months and have dealt with agents from many different companies. There have been situations where agents never returned our call, or booked us for a viewing but didn't turn up (!), or kept pushing properties to us that were beyond our budget.

We finally managed to acquire one with the help of Tommy from the Stanmore branch of Ellis.This being the first time we have rented a property in the UK, he has been very helpful and patient with our million-and-one questions, he did not rush us about with the viewings, he was very prompt with replying our emails, and we could reach him even in the evenings and over the weekend. We are more than satisfied with the level of professionalism and efficiency that Tommy has provided.
