    Absolutely terrible as a property manager, by far, the worst I have every had. Every time I have an issue, they are trying to find a way to say it is not their responsibility and it takes a long time to get issues fixed.

    I have moved into a rented apartment and within a first month it had a leak and I ended being without a hot water. I have asked Elyzabeth Price for an emergency contact and every time I call, the plumber says that he can't come without Elyzabeth's Price approval.     I have had a horrendous experience with Elizabeth Pryce, they are unprofessional and rude and I now understand why estate agents get such a bad name. Don't get me wrong they are fine if you do not require any service from them. The experience I have had has been absolutely dreadful! They are lucky to still be open!

    I am sorry you seem to have had a bad experience with this agent. I rented a property through them 2 years ago and found the whole rental experience very very good. In particular there property manager was brilliant she went out of her way to help me from arranging all maintenance work to be carried our when I was home to getting my deposit back in 3 days. I move around the country with work, and have rented through many agents and i am very pleased to say this agent is one of the very best. Rent with confidence.

    Have never written an online review before but the extreme lack of service provided by Elizabeth Pryce prompted me to do this.

    We experienced the following

    - A bill where the VAT had been charged twice
    - A contract with both of our names were wrong
    - A contract with margins set wrong so you couldn't read crucial clauses
    - A contract with the wrong inventory checkout cost
    - An attempt to arrange the check out before we had checked out.

    Elizabeth Pryce regularly ignore emails for days and sometimes never respond.

    It was the worst agent experience I have had in London.
