I would never use this letting agent again - they were unprofessional, rude, disorganised, abrupt and stressful to deal with. It got to the point where I would dread opening an email from them. They were unable to provide a list of costs from the outset (despite repeated requests) and would add aditional costs on at any point. Typical email exchanges would include comments such as 'return to us as a matter of urgency now'.....'Also I have forgotten to charge at administration fee of £120 so please have this paid into our account'. Avoid at all costs. They've only got 1 star cos there's no option to give them 0.
