We found the women in this office were rude, unhelpful and blatantly lied, telling me that the seller of the property we were hoping to buy had instructed her solicitor and completed all the paperwork her end, in order to pressure us into spending £800 on the survey. We did this only to find out that the seller had actually instructed her solicitor NOT to proceed with anything until she had found a property to buy which was likely to be several weeks away! As the sale on our house was proceeding quickly, we had to cut our losses and look for an alternative property to buy, rather than risk delaying and losing our buyer.

We found Edwards to be completely unprofessional and they knowingly mislead us every step of the way.
