Hmmm, they try hard but in their endless checks and verifications that are put in place to make them seem more professional they actually appear more amateur. You end up dealing with whoever answers the phone as many are out on appointments or work odd days and they all have different ideas of the rights and wrongs of their internal processes. No-one has a coherent idea of what is going on and no-one reassures you at any stage meaning that you are are always worried that things are going to fall through. I work in the City and I always worry about dealing with suburban staff as you just don't seem to get the quality of people in the provinces. If people were this amateur where I work they wouldn't be here long.
