Property was put on the market and let at the asking price the next day. Communication was great, and all was handled very proffessionally. As a landlord I recommend them, they certainly knew the area and market.

The Edmund Cude in the Museum Street have been great in finding me a property to rent. I needed to move in to a property quickly. They showed me the most suitable properties, then arranged the agreements in a few minutes, and my contract was ready in a day or so. They also helped me to order furnitures with good offers. They are quick, professional and well organized. Special thanks to Laura as the main contact agent who showed me the properties and has been helpful from the beginning, Wesley for final contract matters, and also Michael for the property management (furniture) issues.

As a student, it was my first time looking for an apartment and the prospect of it was rather daunting initially. Finding a good agent to help me deal with apartment hunting made things a lot easier. Laura has been very helpful and patient in helping me find an apartment that caters to my needs and requirements. She has also been very responsive and prompt and I really appreciate the efficiency.

I rented my first property in SW11 using Gary at Edmund Cude and I couldn't recommend them/him enough. The service was professional and informative, they couldn't do enough to make my move more smooth and it went without a hitch.

My dealings with Edmund Cude have been terrific - they are always responsive and helpful. And as a long-distance landlord this gives me huge peace of mind. I had a particularly difficult and unreasonable tenant, and they were able to take the stress and pain out of my dealings with her. I would recommend their services to landlords and tenants.

I was really impressed with Edmund Cude, they were the only agency to really try and find out what we were looking for, and spent time talking to us and trying to understand what our priorities were. They kept to what we were interested in without suggesting something completely unrelated!
They are really helpful without feeling pushy in any way, it feels like they genuinely have your interest at heart!

I've used several agencies before and wasn't very satisfied but I have used Edmund Cude for several years now and have to say I'm very happy with them. The staff are very helpful, friendly and very responsive to all my queries. They've provided high quality tenants thus far and they're very efficient in their lettings service.
I can highly recommend Edmund Cude to other Landlords interesting in renting their properties.

I live overseas and leave my flat in the hands of Edmund Cude, since they took over my previous agent some 2 years ago. I have found them to be efficient and reliable, both in finding tenants and remitting the rental, and in managing the property generally, arranging repairs and solving problems. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other landlords.

We found our place by just spending couple of hours. The Agent took detailed requirements from us and showed us only the places we would like.
The frustrating thing I experienced with other agents is they try to change your mind or sell what they have. But with Edmundcude, I didnt have to go through this and they showed us the places based on our requirements and just let me make my decision. The staffs are friendly and professional and this made the experience very pleasant.

I have been with Edmund Cude for nearly two years now and I am VERY pleased with our ongoing relationship.
They consistently do a great job of getting of liaising with me on technical and legal issues while also finding top-notch tenants for the property. All with a smile!
I have tried a number of other agents in the area and couldn't be happier with Edmund Cude.

Very impressive. Organised 7 viewings on the first day of marketing and managed to get 2 asking prices offers by the end of that first day. Good referencing and lovely tenants.

After using several different agencies to find a flat, I was so delighted when I met the folks at Edmund Cude. Not only were they extremely kind and knowledgeable, but they also took the time to get to know me. Right from the beginning they were incredibly responsive to my emails and calls never leaving me out of the loop. As an international student, some of the rules of letting here were unclear to me. They took the time to help me understand what I was signing and also helped me work out a payment plan that was best for me. They are always available when I have questions from how to pay a bill to navigating my way around town. It has been such a pleasant experience and I feel lucky to have them around!

The agency failed to ensure that the landlord sign a tenancy agreement for a property we were supposed to be moving into. Five days before we were due to move in, the landlord pulled out leaving us homeless. The agency were unapologetic and did nothing to help us find another property.
I also rented my previous property through Edmund Cude (formerly West End Estates). Here they failed in basic administrative tasks, which included doing a proper inventory during tenancy change overs. Resultantly, we were left with charges which should’ve been deducted from previous tenants.
The final inventory was riddled with inaccuracies and the inventory supplier was so inadequate that they used a 2006 inventory to asses the property, instead of using one from 2010. It took the agency weeks of wasted time to produce a further copy. In the end we had £375 deducted from our deposit for largely unsubstantiated claims. I would strongly advise against using this agency.

We have used this company for four years. They are proactive and meticulous in dealing with both us and our tenants. We are fully included in the decision-making process and we are also kept well informed about progress. Communication is accurate, clear and professional and a high standard of written English is always used. In verbal contacts the agents are charming, well informed and keen to provide a good service. Rigorous checking of applicants has led to very successful rentals. We can highly recommend this excellent company.

After years of frustration using the services of a well known London based competitor estate agent I chose to try Edmund Cude's services and I can say I am delighted with that decision.
The terms of our contract were better all around there service and commitment was prompt, courteous and they were completely thorough in making sure all the necessary tasks were undertaken to ensure I was fully compliant with the current legislation governing landlords
I would recommend any person, tenant or landlord, to give them a tryThey are a breath of fresh air compared with years of overcharging and thoroughly mediocre service by their primary competition
