ELS are absolutley terrible!! They never fix any problems that occur, and often cause them through shoddy workmanship and corner cutting. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!! I have spoken to lots of people around the city and they all agree - ELS are cowboys. Tenants and Owners beware!
