Communication not that great, especially for an independent. Director never really there so when I had a complain tent I was constantly fobbed off by their negotiators. They had 4 weeks and brought round 1 person who wasn't qualified...complete waste of time. One of the larger competitors down the road proved much better and was sold within 3 weeks.

Lovely and nice people to deal with.
Helped me with every issue related to the flat that i had during the 2 years i was renting to them.
Fair evaluation of the amount they gave me back from the deposit when i left the flat.Was this review helpful? Yes
