   We dealt with several members of the team at Eddison White not just the two proprietors named above - Jack and Lucy were also excellent. We used two other firms of estate agents during our sale - but they simply weren't as good as EW.

   EW gave us a realistic valuation, unlike others who just wanted to get our business and then tried to persuade us to drop the price drastically. One firm became quite sulky when we refused to drop the price to £25,000 less than we finally received. But Eddison White were unfailingly polite, always friendly, brought a lot of people to see the house, and never pressured us. We received two final offers for our house which were £50 apart, one via Eddison White and another via another firm. We went with the one which was actually £50 less because we wanted to give the business to Eddison White because they had never messed us around or played games and we felt they were true professionals. In the event (God forbid) that I move again soon I would use their services without hesitation.

   EddisonWhite were extremely helpful in enabling me to secure the property. They showed a lot of patience with some of the difficulties that I had along the way with my sale.
   They were always very accessible through telephone contact and were able to give some sound advice.
   I was also able to be shown the property at a time to suit me, which was obviously very convenient.

   As a first time buyer it was a great experience to work with competent agents. From viewings to answering queries all agents acted very efficiently. Towards the end of the exchange and completion the agents were very helpful in getting vital information in a timely manner. This is much appreciated. Even after the sale they were great in responding to emails with my queries.

   Being a first time renter!!! Eddison White were very helpful and made the whole headache of move very simply! The staff went that extra mile to ensure great customer service, so good that when my contract ran out on my property i decided to go through them again!! Glad i made this choice as i am loving my new place. Thank you

   Eddison White certainly surpassed every other estate agent I have previously used. They were professional from the outset - with their sharp marketing particulars and website, they provided regular feedback after viewings, and were very helpful and reassuring during the negotiations with my purchaser. They also managed to achieve a higher price than some of their competitors thought we would achieve which was also testament to their efforts. Overall, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to my friends in the area.

   I am very pleased that I used Eddison White for the selling of my property in the Colliers Wood borders area. The agent I dealt with was very good, and kept both buyer and seller informed. The two directors were also there to help. My solicitors have also given me good feedback about the agency's dealings with them, and I understand my buyer is happy too. Job done very professionally.

   Although Eddisonwhite Ltd were working for the vendor and not for me I felt they were helpful and efficient with all my enquiries. They helped me move forward as quickly as possible and I didn't feel like they were just trying to make a sale which is nice! They helped me find a lovely flat and I would definitely use them again.
