I am totally mystified with the negative comments about Eckersley White, my experience was nothing but excellent with them. Their initial advice was invaluable, the property information provided was always factual and up-to-date and they always conducted themselves professionally. They constantly kept up communication throughout the buying process right through to completion and the flowers delivered on the day we moved in was a nice touch. I would highly recommend Eckersley White to anyone wishing to buy, or sell, a house.

The staff at Eckersley White were very helpful throughout and delivered what they promised.I bought and sold through them and would not hesitate to use them again.

View from propspective buyer:
Absolutely awful.
They never turned up at viewings despite promising to be there.
Chaotic administration.
Poor communication
Failed to act on information given to them.
How they survive is a mystery.

As a landlord living abroad I found it impossible to get any kind of information concerning my property from Eckersley White. Finally had to rely on the tenant for information concerning any repair/updating needed. Due to these failures I terminated my contract with this agent and was then CHARGED for the privilege
