Took a property from them it was an absolute mess they pushed for us to move in early and promised to do all the required work before we moved in so we we went ahead . Guess what they didn't do the work, so we had to move in work incomplete as we had handed over our last place. The shower leaked and water come out of the light sockets in the kitchen we ended up fixing that. We asked for 4 months for the keys to back door and got landlord will drop them off tomorrow every time (no keys).
We had asked for a long term rental and agreed to decorate, (as they would not) if we could have this,... (read more)

Once you give your rental deposit there is no surety that you will get that money back in full. Since the ball goes in their court, they get into the fine lines of the agreement to make sure they cut the money when you leave the house.
Didn't expect such lousy and unprofessional behaviour from them.
Read the fine prints or else you'll be made hanging in between.

The whole team at Eastway Property Services are very professional, honest and above all their integrity is without question.
Any problems we have had have been dealt with quickly without any hassle to us.
I have had nothing but excellent dealings with them throughout my time with them and would recommend them to anyone without question.Excellent Service, very pleasant people, can thoroughly recommend. Great personal service that totally turns on its head the stereotype people have about Estate Agents'

I am currently renting a property through Eastway and also letting my own property through them. Thus far, the service has been extremely good. Communication has not been a problem, there is always someone around to answer the telephone and problems are dealt with promptly. The two boys are a great double act but they always come up with the goods!

Eastway Property Services have managed my properties for the last six years.
There service has been impeccable they have always contacted me before carrying out any works and payments have always been on time.

I have let 2 of my properties through Eastway Property Services and haven't had any problems so far. I have to say their service is actually second to none and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I have been a customer with Eastway property services for over 10 years and I would highly recommend them, excellent, professional and most importantly offer brillant customer services, always available to answer any queries. If you want your property rented their the right people to go to in East London. I've recommended so many people to them and they have all come back to me saying how good they are.
Don't listen to the nonsense below. if you want to rent they'll find you a place.

The service provided was very good any issues during the tenancy were dealt with promptly and effectively. Nice to know that there are still some good agents out there!

Awful. I lived in East London several years ago and rented a property from them. I was on my own, naive and was taken advantage of. The flat was infested with fly larve which I had to get rid of. They did not return my deposit despite saying they would and I am still suffering financially from the loss of my money and the rent, which was

The way your problems as a tenant are taken into consideration and solved is close to none. Actualy it is none. I had to go for two weeks every day and ask for a plumber for a leaking instalation. They are simply crap. Seriousely, DON'T TRY THEM.

We had asked for a long term rental and agreed to decorate, (as they would not) if we could have this, they said "yes no probs landlord does not want back house for ages" well 6 months later and decorated landlord wanted house back.
The builder constantly moaned that he was not getting paid for work he was doing. the heating system sounded like a train every time it started, when it worked that is.
Neighbours moaned about trees overhanging garden and had done so for a year and landlord didnt give a damn, turned out the landlord was one of the employees, wifes uncle.
I asked for my rent deposit scheme number three times never arrived and they said why not use your deposit for last months rent we always do that. (ILLEGAL)
Never dealt with such a bunch of lying, good for nothing, wastes of time.
