Awful. I lived in East London several years ago and rented a property from them. I was on my own, naive and was taken advantage of. The flat was infested with fly larve which I had to get rid of. They did not return my deposit despite saying they would and I am still suffering financially from the loss of my money and the rent, which was £100 more then advertised.
Utter rip-off merhcnats. Do not use Eastway Property Services. They will rip you off.

The way your problems as a tenant are taken into consideration and solved is close to none. Actualy it is none. I had to go for two weeks every day and ask for a plumber for a leaking instalation. They are simply crap. Seriousely, DON'T TRY THEM.

I agree wholeheartedly. I have a list of 26 times they broke the tenancy agreement with us - didn't repair our ceiling or toilet for three months, rented us a house with a washing machine and when it broke too eight months to replace it. Absoulte charlatans. I hope they go bust.
