I am a tennant at a property neighbouring an Eastons managed property. I have been experiencing a very loud banging sound in my neighbours pipes. I contacted the branch several times and requested that the appropriate person called me back- they never did. Today I spoke with 'Maggie' who was helpful but prior to that- I had the unfortunate circumstance to deal with Levina in the Ewell office. Her monotone, disinterested voice was enough to put anyones back up but this followed by her utter and unabashed rudeness was the icing on the cake. Don't ever deal with her and Eastons- you need to address whoever is in charge of recruitment- waste of oxygen!!!
