Useless.Do not touch even with a barge pole. Struggling with gas safety checks.Ongoing problems with repairs.

This is hands down the worst estate agent i have ever used. On the day we went to sign contracts and pick up keys i arrived to find the contracts hadn't even been drawn up and the individual dealing with our contract seemed utterly clueless about what she had to do. It took 4 hours to sign a contract and take the keys! It was utterly unbelievable and completely unacceptable. When i tried to inquire what was taking so long i was told that she was feeling overwhelmed and could i please go and sit upstairs and wait. I rented a house from them. They have too many unnecessary restrictions. I rented a furnished house. They didnt even provide a washing machine, one small fridge for 3 bedroom house, no chair, no coffee table, no microwave oven. They make u pay extra charges even after signing off the tenancy contract. Careless. They claim to provide immaculate property but the property they actually give will not be up to standard working/living condition. Drains closed, damped, broken locks, broken windows. Inspect the property at least five times VERY carefully and make sure you are clear about every penny they ask you to pay. You have to give minimum two months notice in advance if you want to leave property. So even if it is min 1 yr contract, you have to give notice at the end of 10th month. They give excuse that they have hundreds of properties and are extremely busy. Not recommended.

 you shoud not find such a routine daily task overwhelming, nor should it take 4 hours. Complete shambles!
On top of that, as expected, moving out was just as ridiculous, we were charged £100 to clean the oven essentially, as we had cleaned the rest of the house from top to bottom, and when we moved in it wasn't exactly spotless! The final insult was the ILLEGAL manner with which she handled our deposits. There was four of us living there and our estate agent decided she would send all of our deposits to one person by cheque without asking anyone elses permission to do so. This is illegal. You cannot release someone else's deposit to another person without their permission. On top of that, since one of my housemates was moving into another property down the street so was not having his deposit returned, our estate agent decided he would not pay for the cleaning or check out fee as it could not be taken from his deposit as it was being held against another property now! Couldn't or wouldn't? And how dare she decide who should pay and who shouldn't, once again, my permission was not asked!
Needless to say, these esate agents are not only incompetent but aren't even operating under their legal requirements.
