I have three criticisms of Dreweatt Neate from my experiences:

    1) Overstatement of property: a "delightful bungalow" that would have been better described as "in need of total refurbishment" - this would have saved a waste of time on both our parts

    2) The habit of arranging multiple viewings at the same time (or within 10 minutes) to make it seem that a "difficult" property is actually arousing lots of competing interest

    3) Arranging accompanied viewings where their representative has never visited the property before.
