No
Zero communication, poor comms between landlord and tenant, more interested in taking money. Conned us out of £176 in admin fees then told us the landlord was demanding 6 months rent in advance, even though our crediit score was good. A complete waste of time. I suggest to anyone to either go to a professional outfit like Goadsby, or rent privately.
