Dockside have been managing my properties for around 3 years and I have nothing but praise for them. They are not the typical bunch of shady estate agents, in fact just the opposite and I am glad to say they have treated me with respect and are very efficent. I will continue to recommend them to all of my friends.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! From the incorrect inventories, which never got corrected to the tenants (via a company let) that had no care for the property or contents. Also, do not use Applegate to provide the inventory services. I had to get them to re-visit to do an addendum to the original check-out report and the addendum was incorrect. Despite many phone calls and emails, Applegate and Dockside refused to accept that the reports were incorrect - leaving me severely out of pocket.
I have never experienced such lack of professionalism in my life!

Bright staff and really helpfull they helped our every need and would recommend tham to anyone give them a try!
