From my sale the agent showed he knows the desirability of Lower Sunbury and is, as with Philip Hodges & Co, an expert at finding buyers for high prices that much of the area commands. Unlike national chains, the office marketed the house with the area and so did not miss all of the distinctive attributes which my part of Sunbury has.
