David Taylor is a liar and a thief - and if he doesn't like me saying that he can sue me. He deceived us, owes us rent and has spent our tenants deposit. He failed to pay me my rent and kept my tenants deposits. I have since found he has done the same to others. It seems he has spent our money as debt collectors get nowhere and say he is insolvent. He also owed the Bracknell Ice Hockey team their wages as he sponsored them, they won their court ... Read Full Review

I would hazard a guess that David Taylor and Martin Bristow are in the same scam together. Taking tenants deposits and somehow making interest on the total sum. ie in property or a high interest account somewhere. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
