As independent agencies go I could not recommend using David Evans enough. I both sold and brought through their office in Eastleigh. As a vendor they were extremely courteous when first visiting my property, knowledgeable and very well prepared. Throughout the process I was kept well informed after each viewing and when negotiating on offers. I always felt that they had my best interest at heart and secured me the price that I was looking for.

As a buyer with a Mortgage in Principal I'd have thought an estate agents at this time would be doing everything possible to get one of their properties sold. However we have nothing but issues with them. On one day we arranged 4 consecutive viewings. We arrived to the first and rang to query the exact location to be told all the viewings had been cancelled. Turns out they booked them under the wrong name despite us booking them face to face when in the shop! We had taken a day off work and woken my child to attend these viewings.

I have purchased and sold two houses through David Evans Estate Agents over the past 4 years. I have nothing but praise for this excellent firm - excellent service, absolutely 'on the ball', always very helpful. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.
