They don't use email. None of the viewings are accompanied. They showed me one house they clearly didn't care if I liked. They laughed at the house with me. I suspect their fees are low and that's the only reason people use them, but don't bother. They sell nothing. They are useless. Unfortunately they do get some good properties on their books and I am forced to go via them but I would consider the other similar agents in the area
