   Would you use the agent again? No

   Never EVER use these estate agents.

   I had a viewing at a property in Pinner and the lady who was suppose to show us the property never showed up! Called her on her mobile and she wouldn't answer, and then I called up the estate agents and he said he will call me b a ack. Called me back and said well she is held up in an earlier meeting and will have to push your viewing back. This guy said he would show me the place just to find out that he didn't have the keys to get in (all this time me and a friend were waiting outside the house) At one point a man from inside said that they didn't know anything about letting out the property, I caled them and I was just going to ask is this the correct address and he said in a very angry tone- Why are you ate the house anyway?! I thought I told you I didnt have the keys and I will call you back later!!

   And guess what....I never got a call back later.

   Crappy agents, crappy experience and waste of time.

   I had a terrible experience with this company. I used them to manage my property while I was working abroad.

   They put a bunch of dirtbags into my property and had problems getting the rent from day one. When the tenants finally left my house was left looking like a pigsty. They returned all the deposit to the tenants and I was left out of pocket. I am now renting through another agent and have had no problems.

   If you are thinking of using this lot please walk the other way! I would never use them again.

   I sold through Austrin Residential in Ruislip but my buyer sold his through David Charles.

   As soon as David Charles have the sale of their property they sat back and did nothing to help things along.

   Austins representitive shouted at the David Charles branch manager down the phone for doing nothing to progress the sale and after that he was too scared to answer the phone to him and would only communicate via email!

   They did not seem to understand that an estate agent only makes money through commission and it is in their interest to do all they can to progress the sale as fast as they can otherwise if the sale falls through they earn nothing for their time.

   When my sale went through with their buyer and their buyer sold through them the managers sidekick said to me that they would like to market our home if we ever decide to move.

   Dream on! was the answer we gave them....
