Louisa was great, one of the best agents I've used so far, she knew exactly what would suit our requirements, no time-wasting on properties that would never have suited us, that really frustrates me. Being based in Pimlico was really useful, didn't have to travel far, knew the area.. small, personal service.. have had terrible experiences in the past so this was a relief.

I rented through Dauntons for about 3 years, in two different properties. They are getting a bad rap on here which is unfair so I wanted to comment and say that I always found them to be fair and helpful. It's never nice having to pay money out for renting a flat but they made the process a smooth one both times, they were also fair in dealing with my deposit at the end too. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent in London.

I came across this site by chance. I am a landlord with property throughout SW London. My comment is that I think Dauntons are one of the best estate agents I have worked with.

The agent had already accepted offer for the property but did not inform so. As a result I called the next day in order to inform I wanted to rent the house and I was announced that she had already 3 offers and the house was finally let. They showed me the property while they had accepted an offer, without though letting me know during the viewing.

They did a valuation for an agreed fixed fee for a Court Case. The day before the Court Case they telephoned the Solicitor to say that they wouldn't supply the valuation unless I doubled the agreed fee.
