Had a very similar experience to everyone else who has posted. Agent lied to us about features that were meant to be included with the property that influenced our decision and only found out that we weren't getting what we were promised once it was too late. Had ongoing issues in the flat which in some cases it took months for somebody to see even the minor issues. Worst of all, they tried to completely rip us off and in the end owed us hundreds of pounds in overcharged services which, over 12 months of fighting the issue, they reluctantly paid back but only because they were caught out and had no choice. Very unethical and deceitful company. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Completely the same experience as the other reviewer, we had a lovely landlord who was really helfpul, but Daniel Watney were awful. Would not recommend renting from them or renting your property through them.

To being with Daniel Watney seemed like the dream managing agents - complete with their own maintenance helpdesk. In reality it was very different. Once we had paid our money and moved in, we never got a response to any of the ongoing maintenance queries. they poorly project managed agreed works that should have been completed before we moved in. THen ignored almost every email we sent thereafter - so much so that the owner of the building has now instructed another company to take over.
