We booked a viewing for 09:00 so we could view the property right before work. On previous day agent said that we should show up at 08:50 so that we would be the first to see the place (since another couple booked was booked for 09:15).
Not only the agent showed up 25 minutes late (at 09:15) he also greeted the second couple as if we weren't even there!
He treated us in a really poor way and he didn't even say sorry for being late.

They have shown excellent service throughout my time renting my flat out. Georgie in their management team is always helpful and seems to work 24hrs a day.

I am surprised to see a negative rating on Daniel Cobb, I have leased my property through them for the past couple of years and have found that not only are they very professional but also very efficient. I would strongly recommend them.
