    We have moved into this property in the last days of February. Only then we got to find that there is a water pressure problem in the shower upstairs. We saw bad showers in the past, but this was an exception - believe me.
    First of all, we haven't been informed about it prior to moving. And after telling them we were told to lower our expectations. Unbelievable.

    I insisted for a problem to be solved, then we got Ms. Claire the letting agent to come as a pluming expert. She looked at our ridiculous dribbling shower and tried to convince us that there is no problem and its NORMAL. This... (read more)

    This agency was very poor, we were lied to a number of times and despite promising to get back to us and being chased they never did. I won't be dealing with them in future.
