I would never recommend this estate agent, the services is poor with virtually no communication. I tried to purchase a property and put an offer in. This estate agent actually tipped off the competitor I was informed by the vendor.

Somethings not quite right with this organization my house has been on the market for 6 months not a viewing yet 2 other houses with different estate agents have already sold, stay well clear and go with some with more nationwide customers like Y M get it.

I despise D B Roberts since I was trying to buy my house. They knew a certain house I wanted was right at the top of my price range but they still tried to push me for more by inventing other buyers... yet when I wouldn't match these mystery buyers and walked away, so did the mystery other buyers and 6 months later the owners took the house off the market because it hadn't sold!
