    This company is and always has been terrible.

    1. They demanded six months rent in advance when they found out I wasn't working (but my husband was). We could very easily afford the rent on just his salary, but no.

    2. They don't fix anything.
    Our heating has never worked, our faucets still drip after I requested they be fixed, and our toilet broke. It took over 2 weeks of constant e-mails, telephone calls, and faxes to get it fixed and I still had to call the actual landlord because C&P said it "wasn't up to them" even though it was in the contract.

    This company has just merged and is now called CPPbigwood and they are still as poor as ever. They rip people of with silly amounts for the service charge where very little work gets done. There is litter everywhere, car parks spaces which are not lined out, damaged parks, not working lamp posts and the list's go on.

    Customer service...... lets just say it does not exist, they do not understand what a call back and our property managers are a joke. They don't want to talk to us due to the amount of complaints which they receive.

    Stay away or you will get ripped of truly. Go to a company which can actually do the job instead of taking money of hard working people.

    I am living in a property and Curry and Partners are the managing agents.

    They send charges through for service and grounds but they have not been and cleaned or tided the the grounds for over a year. They dismiss the complaints and say they are having payment issues with other tenants and are on the verge of going broke. this is illegal and they have yet to sort out the problems.

    I would stay away from any property that they manage as you will not get the service that you are paying for.

    Disgraceful company.
