The stereotypical agents as wide boys who would sell their grandmother to make a buck is sadly all too real for these guys. I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.

I was informed about a property that was for sale and we were told it was not for sale to subsequently find out it has been sold twice even though we called the office for regular updates! I was constantly misinformed and our interest and cash offers were not even considered or passed on to the vendor.
